Returns & Exchanges

At VECINO Custom, we want you to be fully satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or custom exchange within 5-7 business days.
